Spring Break 2016 Activity Guide for Oklahoma City

Ready or not, here they come! Another Spring Break is upon us, do you have a plan?

Annual guide to events and activities around Oklahoma City during Spring Break

March 12: O’City St Patrick’s Parade in Downtown Oklahoma City at 11am. Parade route is along Sheridan to the Chickasaw Ballpark.

March 13: Last day for The Oklahoma City Spring Remodel and Landscape Show at the Cox Convention Center from 11-5. Admission is FREE.

March 14: Making History Crafts at Edmond Historical Society and Museum from 10-2, FREE. Pack a lunch for a picnic at Stephenson Park next-door afterwards.

March 15: Kids Pizza Making Workshop with the Halls Pizza Kitchen in Deep Deuce. Suited for kiddos age 6-12. Registration required cost is $35 per person.

March 16: Tour the Governor’s Mansion. Tour is FREE call 405-528-2020 to make a reservation.

March 17: Celebrate St. Paddy’s Day downtown. Start in Automobile Alley for a special Shop Hop from 11-2, then head to the Downtown Library to see an Irish dance performance at noon, finish the afternoon in Bricktown for the annual Bricktown Block Party at 2:00. All ages are welcome and admission is FREE.

March 18: Visit the Myriad Gardens for the Spring Celebration at 10am. Kiddos will learn about the seasons, plant a spring plant, and make a kite at this family event. Call 405-445-5162 to register.

March 19: Downtown Edmond’s Heard on Hurd returns at 6pm with music, pop-up shops, and food trucks

March 20: Head out to the Outlet Shoppes to shop for new spring gear and while there, stop by their Spring Fantasy Wonderland to see the Easter Bunny and Alice in Wonderland.
