So… how’s the real estate market in Edmond this summer?
The number of new listings (746) is on the increase and far outpacing the number of offers accepted (427). If we didn’t list any more houses in Edmond, it would take us until Thanksgiving to sell all the inventory we have. The result is an increase in days on market and fewer showings.
