Tour Belmont Farms in Edmond

Belmont Farms

The best way to get a feel for a neighborhood is to get out of the car and take a walk. When you are moving to Edmond, there are so many neighborhoods to consider. Strolling through all of them just isn’t realistic. That’s what you have me for. While I may not have time for a leisurely stroll through every Edmond subdivision, I certainly spend a lot of time in many of them. Yesterday I had a few minutes between showings. So I hopped out of the car with my camera and took a short walk around one of my favorites, Belmont Farms.

Bordered by a crisp white split rail fence, the rolling streets are named after world class thoroughbreds like Man ‘O War, Secretariat, and Northern Dancer. You almost expect to see a horse sipping from one of the ponds. Instead you see kiddos riding bikes to the park.

Established about ten years ago with new construction continuing today, Belmont Farms contains several areas; Belmont Ridge, Belmont Park, and Belmont Villages. You can find the popular community northeast of Coffee Creek and Kelly in Edmond. The homes range in size from 2200 to 3800 square feet, most with four bedrooms. The current neighborhood price range is $300,000 to $399,999. Neighborhood amenities include a jogging path, pool with picnic area, playground and two fishing ponds. Vacant lots are still available.

Students in the neighborhood attend school at Cross Timbers Elementary, Sequoyah Middle School, and Edmond North High School.  There’s plenty of recreation available within a mile. The Coffee Creek Golf Course is practically across the street and Mitch Park is a short bike ride away.

Give me a call at the CENTURY 21 Goodyear Green office, 405-359-7400, and I’ll give you a tour of Belmont Farms. I promise not to make you walk, unless you want to!
